Plurva (plurva.com) helps groups find a time to meet. We keep only what the app needs to work, we don’t sell data, and there are no ads or third-party trackers.

What we store

Google user data

If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and Google account ID, and use them only to sign you in and show your account. If you connect Google Calendar, we request only the “See your free/busy information” permission. We use it only to block your busy times in meetings you answer on Plurva, show those busy blocks to the people in those meetings, and nothing else. We don’t use Google data for advertising, don’t sell it, don’t let people read it, and don’t use it to train AI models. Plurva’s use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect Google Calendar any time on your account page, or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Who can see what

Services we use

Plurva runs on Cloudflare (hosting, database, and the “are you human?” check, Cloudflare Turnstile). Signing in with Google uses Google. Tips, if you leave one, are handled by Stripe or PayPal; we never see your payment details.

How long we keep it

Cookies

We use one cookie, only if you sign in, to keep you signed in. Your browser also remembers small things on your device, like a draft of your answers or a meeting’s organizer key.

Children

Plurva isn’t meant for children under 13.
